Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation Policy

Due to COVID-19, you may expect slight delays with your orders. 

Please note that when contacting the customer service team, you should include as much information as possible, including your order number and photo of item/s.

Sending multiple emails slows down the process as our team has to trace all the emails before resolving the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of the request and in a saleable condition in order for us to process the return. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are not liable to accept claims for missing or damaged items in transit if the cause is deemed to be damaged packaging during transit.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back. It can take around 3-5 days from refunds to be credited back into your account, however some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account. Refunds will only be made to the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed

Shipping & Handling

Please note that all orders submitted before 4:00PM GMT will be processed the same day. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. 

After your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. 

We currently do not offer express service for Saturday delivery. All orders placed on Friday after 4pm will be delivered on the following business day (Monday).

After delivery attempts your package will either be returned to us or disposed of and additional shipping fees and costs will apply for re delivery.

Customs

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, and transfers from Royal Mail to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.

Shipping Methods   
 

UK Royal Mail Standard = 3-5 Business Days

UK Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for = 2-3 Business Days

Royal Mail International tracked = 10-12 Business

Expect some delays during Christmas period.
